Conduct

We ask that all clients respect the experience of other clients and guests during their visit. This is a peaceful space and a place for relaxation. Please silence cell phones, avoid phone conversations, and loud noises while waiting for and receiving services.

Privacy and Customer Rights

Customers should feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed during their visit. Services received are not subject to open discussion or public knowledge. Each service is customized for each individual guest. Some services may not be recommended for every client.

Services are no substitute for professional medical treatment. Please consult your primary care physician if any medical condition would limit your ability to receive services from our care providers.

Cancellation Policy

Each client is important and treatment is customized individually. We ask that you arrive for your appointment on time. Late arrivals may be subject to a reduction in service time or rescheduling.

Should it become necessary to cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify your service provider no less than 1 business day (24 hours) before your appointment. Failure to notify your provider and missing your appointment is subject to a charge of 50% of the total cost of your service.
